Inventory Control Clerk

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for all activities of stock management in the warehouse. Managing and participating in the flow of materials and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to support mining operations and all other activities related to warehouse such as receipt, delivery, storage, and inventory of camp and food supplies. The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a Nunavut camp setting with amenities like meals, accommodations, travel from Edmonton, private room with cable television, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and gym access. The work includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, implementing proper storage, managing inventory control, supervising expiration dates, minimizing spoilage, and generating comprehensive documentation. Maintaining clean working areas is another important aspect of the job as well as reporting any safety concerns. There will also be detailed reports to oversee about consumption of food, water, laundry and maintenance projects including movement between sea-cans.
