Oracle HCM Technical/Functional

Responsibilities:

• Report enhancements to add subject area reports.
• Make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format.
• Implementing Data Fusion analytics.

Tasks:

• Creating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processes.
• Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations.
• Work with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality.

Support:

• Assist with complex user issue resolution.
• Address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning etc.
• Support, build and set up HDL and interfaces activities.
