Provider Enrollment Specialist (Contract)

The Provider Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in expanding Talkspace's network by managing provider enrollment. This position is vital for achieving network capacity and successful non-delegated credentialing outcomes through expert project management, process optimization, and robust operational support. Core functions include fostering continuous improvement within enrollment processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, especially with Onboarding, Training, and Credentialing on network operations projects. The Specialist will act as a key liaison with vendors, internal Talkspace teams, and leadership to drive the success of all provider enrollment operations. What you'll do includes Medicare Provider Enrollment Operations Oversight and management of the Medicare Enrollment Flow; Acquire a deep understanding of Medicare related systems; Report on medicare enrollment issues; Receive and process Tricare East certification applications; Process Improvement; Identify areas of improvement and operational bottlenecks; Be an active participant and problem solver in recurrent meetings.
