Responsibilities:
- Be the primary legal partner for the Company’s Payment Integrity, and Special Investigations Unit.
- Provide practical legal advice regarding CMS regulations, AKS, and the FCA.
- Partner with the business to proactively manage litigation/regulatory risk.
Qualifications:
- J.D degree from an accredited law school required.
- At least four years of litigation, investigations, and/or product counseling experience at a large law firm.
- Experience working with health insurance clients, especially in the managed care space.
