Sr. Database Administrator

As a Sr. Database Administrator you will play a key role in designing and developing solutions to support data management, quality assurance, and data analytics initiatives within the Product Development and R&D group. You will work closely with Operations, Technology, and Risk groups across OneSource Virtual to facilitate new products and to help our business continue to grow rapidly. Responsibilities include analyzing and translating business requirements into database solutions by developing data models, and designing or tuning data transformations. Writing or tuning stored procedures to implement the business logic, along with enhancing & debugging the existing database code- with focus on automation, efficiency and error handling. Hands on experience in query performance and database tuning for SQL Server and MySQL Databases along with being a team member in the development process providing support. Provide in-depth analysis to identify current and future issues and develop innovative solutions. Work with on-premise and cloud hosted database solutions.
