Job Description

Performance Excellence: Define and implement systems for a standardized Operations performance management system, including frameworks for quality assurance and performance measurement.
Metrics and Standards: Partner with Operations leadership to define quality benchmarks, efficiency targets, and SLAs for each function.
Data-Driven Insights: Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and operational reviews.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with team leaders to ensure performance frameworks are applied consistently for measurable improvement.
Team Leadership: Develop and mentor performance managers to bring structure and accountability.
