Job Description
A machine learning engineer is needed to help define Rillet’s ML and AI direction for years to come. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and finance experts to define ML solutions, not just build them, deeply understand user problems and find the best methodology to solve them. You will develop automated pipelines and processes to train and evaluate models and integrate ML/AI models into production systems, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant professional experience in product-driven tech companies.
Strong Python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch, etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering.
Experience with LLM-based agent frameworks.
Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality.
Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others.
