Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel will report to the Head of Legal and will be the second member of the company’s legal team. We are looking for an outstanding entry-level corporate attorney to handle routine and emerging issues which arise in our company and require legal advice and counsel, as well as to contribute to the administration of our small corporate law department. Personally negotiate, draft, review and advise on key company agreements, including without limitation customer, vendor and partner contracts and NDAs. Work with the company’s Deal Desk to improve company’s contracting processes, select a contract management systems and create automation in the sales contract process. Contribute to legal team’s handling of issues relating to: data privacy and security, legal consideration of products, litigation and disputes, internal investigations, ethics and compliance, HR/Employment law, and M&A diligence and integration. Assist Head of Legal with corporate governance, financing and equity issues. Collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout the company and with outside counsel. Research, anticipate, and guard the company against emerging legal risks
