Technical Curriculum Manager

As the first Technical Curriculum Manager at Thalamus, you will join the Product team and report to the Director of Product Management. This role is focused on building the training materials that enable their customers to seamlessly leverage Thalamus' products to match physicians to medical residency and fellowship programs. You will own the strategy and execution of external-facing training content, including product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base resources, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs that onboard and upskill Thalamus team members across product, success, engineering, and new hires. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring teams are confident, competent, and customer-obsessed. The core responsibilities include designing and delivering external-facing training materials, scalable technical learning programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs.
