The Role:
- Manage onboarding projects for new managed service clients.
- Handle professional services projects such as Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes from kickoff through closeout.
What You’ll Own:
- Full project lifecycle management from kickoff through closeout across simultaneous active engagements.
- Client communication and status reporting throughout delivery.
- Internal resource coordination across engineering and compliance delivery teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Background in IT consulting, managed services (MSP), or value-added reseller (VAR) environments.
- Experience managing client onboarding or implementation projects.
