We’re looking for a Staff or Senior Product Manager to help shape how users discover Monarch, start a trial, and become long-term subscribers. You’ll take ownership of critical parts of our growth journey—whether that’s landing pages, onboarding, pricing, or reducing churn—and work closely with teammates across product, engineering, marketing, design, and data. This is a high-impact individual contributor role.
You’ll be expected to lead cross-functional work, identify the biggest opportunities, and ship experiences that make a measurable difference. You’ll use both data and user insights to guide your decisions, and you’ll help us build the systems and processes that make growth repeatable. You’ll play a key role in defining how we grow.
You will drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation through release with analysis to iterate again. You will drive continuous experimentation across the funnel to improve conversion and retention, partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align messaging across email, text, and in-app communications, and collaborate with different teams to define, ship, and measure growth initiatives.
