Senior Engineer, Contract

Pipeline & Application Layer:

• Pick up live work across data ingestion, knowledge graph integration, and the application layer.
• Ship discrete features end-to-end without an extensive ramp.
• Expect to be in production code within the first week.

Agent Surface Area:

• Contribute to the front-end and runtime layer that surfaces AI agent activity, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop governance to client users.
• Make complex agent behavior legible to non-technical executives.
• Agents don't operate in the background, they communicate, and your work shapes whether that communication earns trust or loses it.

Cross-Stack Velocity:

• Move freely between Python backend, TypeScript frontend, and infrastructure work as the build demands.
• The right person doesn't wait for someone else to own a layer.

Engineering Standards:

• Match the bar Mario and JP are setting on code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Leave the codebase better than you found it.
