To deliver on this mission, we depend entirely on our customers to build successful products. As a result, the Customer Success team are working closely with many of the leading energy companies in the world on building, launching and scaling cutting edge energy management propositions that save end-users money and help balance the grid. As a Senior CSM you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high priority customers, owning the full post-sales cycle for accounts, building the Customer Success function within Enode, collaborating closely with product teams to ensure product evolves, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey end-to-end.
