Senior Project Manager

This remote role as Senior Project Manager will involve managing multiple projects and providing progress reports. Partnering with key stakeholders to define project scope and timelines and also leadership to understand upcoming challenges and conduct needs analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the best options to deliver on a reasonable schedule, while validating and documenting project requirements and workflows. Develop strong knowledge of stakeholder activities, processes, and challenges to help identify and develop operational improvements. Act as an expert and evangelist for the Franchise Operations team within the Shared Services space. Will support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations. Contribute to a collaborative work environment and align departmental goals with broader organizational strategy. Essential Job Functions Manage multiple projects and provide progress reports.
