Field Marketing Manager - DACH (f/m/d)

As a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, this role is critical in aligning regional marketing initiatives with the goals of the sales organisation. You will be responsible for understanding the regional sales strategy, identifying opportunities to support pipeline growth, and managing marketing performance with clear attribution and influence on sales outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will act as the regional marketing partner to the sales team, translating territory plans into marketing strategies that drive pipeline. Also, you will ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and insights.
