Python
Product Development & Full-Stack Engineering:
- Build and ship end-to-end product features independently, including user interface.
- Work confidently across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline.
- Take ownership of problems from initial discovery to production deployment.
AI Development & Evaluation:
- Advance AI capabilities through prompt engineering, context management, and cost control.
- Work with AI providers including AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
- Develop and own AI evaluation practice, including prompt quality and regression detection.
Production, Infrastructure & Reliability:
- Operate, monitor, and debug the live production environment.
- Work with tools like Sentry, CloudWatch, and Postgres performance monitoring.
- Contribute to infrastructure on AWS including ECS and RDS.
Engineering Architecture & Technical Leadership:
- Shape technical architecture, code quality, engineering standards, and roadmap.
- Help establish how the engineering team works and the standards it follows.
- Take complete ownership of technical problems and drive them to resolution.
