Full-Stack Engineer, Agentic Development

Full Stack Development:

• Develop features across React interfaces, Node.js and Python services, REST APIs, and relational and MongoDB data models.
• Own assigned features from requirements clarification through testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

AI-Assisted Engineering:

• Direct AI coding agents through clear task descriptions and acceptance criteria, then review and correct generated code.
• Use AI to research unfamiliar codebases, evaluate technologies, and develop proofs of concept.
• Help maintain agent instructions and prompts to improve team practices.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with engineers, technical leads, product owners, and end users to clarify needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Proactively identify issues like unreliable tests, slow performance, or documentation gaps and propose improvements.
• Carry approved changes through implementation and communicate value and tradeoffs.
