What You’ll Do:

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across major platforms, planning and optimizing campaigns with full budget ownership.
  • Drive consistent MQL production with clear targets tied to pipeline revenue, tracking core metrics like CPL and CVR.

Funnel Build and Optimization:

  • Design and run continuous A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, and conversion paths to improve performance.
  • Identify drop-offs and implement solutions to increase lead quality and ensure funnels align with campaign intent.

Messaging and Scaling:

  • Work closely with sales to gather feedback on lead quality and translate insights into stronger campaign positioning.
  • Double down on high-performing campaigns and audiences to scale efficiently based on real revenue feedback.

Channel Acceleration:

  • Scale distribution across YT, IG, LI, and email through high-velocity testing and partnership with creative teams.
  • Implement structured testing frameworks to improve engagement and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
