ALTA Survey Professional

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee land surveying activities.
• Review and interpret ALTA surveys.
• Provide technical guidance on survey requirements.

Drive Vendor & Contract Management:

• Coordinate with external survey vendors, internal stakeholders, and legal teams.
• Negotiate and manage survey contracts.
• Ensure all survey data aligns with contractual obligations.

Support Land Due Diligence & Title Validation:

• Validate land boundaries, site constraints, and utility or private crossings.
• Maintain survey records, documentation, and GIS data.
• Oversee all utility and private crossing requirements.
