Major Responsibilities:
- Model spiritual and personal maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
- Practice spiritual disciplines that lead to spiritual vitality.
- Pursue spiritual relationships and involvement in a worshipping community.
Ministry Leadership:
- Articulate InterVarsity’s vision for ethnic reconciliation and justice on campus.
- Develop and implement strategies to plant and grow multiethnic chapters.
- Provide vision, strategic leadership, and decision-making for growing diversity.
Ministry Partnership Development:
- Develop Ministry Partners who will give financially and prayerfully support our mission.
- Secure funds for assigned budget for the Director position.
- Partner with Development to raise funds for the department and strategic initiatives.
