Data & Analytics Lead

As our Data & Analytics Lead, you’ll transform lives by building the data engine behind every client breakthrough, enabling personalized care, scaled therapy, and measurable outcomes. You’ll advance our pipelines, embed data thinking across teams, and deploy AI tools that empower every Bloomineer to make smart, self-directed decisions. You’ll Conduct deep-dive analyses to drive key business decisions and answer high-impact questions from every department, including the CEO and Build and deploy scalable, self-serve tools that empower teams to access insights independently. You will also own and evolve the data pipeline to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust across all metrics and dashboards.
