Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to manage professional services projects in data centers, including installation, preventive maintenance, and warranty repair of liquid cooling solutions.
  • Drive and coordinate project timelines, partnering with engineers, sales, and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery of scheduled services.
  • Direct external activities such as installation scheduling, site walks, and training for outside parties and contractors.

Project & Portfolio Management:

  • Lead a portfolio of projects to ensure they stay on track, raise project roadblocks, and assist in developing project timelines.
  • Track Project Portfolio KPIs and work to continuously improve project processes in order to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Apply strong technical and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously, verifying sophisticated engineering designs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in project or program management within the data center space, with proven experience leading teams.
  • Ability to work 100% remote in the US with 50-75% travel, including international, and knowledge of Data Center construction is helpful.
  • Proficiency with business systems like CAD and Microsoft Office Suite, along with skills in prioritization, schedule implementation, and adapting to rapid customer demand changes.
  • Preferred knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles, and the ability to develop projects, measure, and deliver results effectively.
