Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale automated, multi-channel customer journeys across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app messaging to drive retention and upsell.
  • Build behavioral trigger-based systems to move customers from entry products to higher-value bundles based on payment and engagement data.
  • Own retention economics by tracking LTV, cohort retention, and upsell performance, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.

What You Need:

  • 6+ years of experience in building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in high-frequency engagement models like MVNOs, super-apps, or FinTech.
  • Hands-on proficiency in CRM platforms such as Braze or CleverTap for building automated journeys and conducting rigorous A/B experiments.
  • A business-outcome mindset focused on measurable results like LTV growth and retention revenue, not just engagement metrics.
