What you will do:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for complex roles across Product, Engineering, ML/AI, Data, Security and other technical domains.
- Use recruiting metrics and pipeline insights to identify risks, influence decisions, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of global Talent Acquisition practices.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and product hiring.
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
