Senior Technical Sourcer

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Product, Engineering, Applied Science,Machine Learning and AI, Data, Security and other technical roles
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives by sharing market insight, testing new sourcing methods, and helping improve how sourcing is done across the team.
• Build a working understanding of Products org structures , role archetypes, and technology stacks to effectively identify and engage relevant technical talent.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical sourcing or talent research role , ideally within a SaaS, product‑led, or high‑growth technology environment.
• Proven ability to source for Product and Engineering roles , with comfort navigating technical requirements, role nuances, and evolving skill demands.
• Strong command of modern sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms.
