Trade Compliance Analyst

This position ensures compliant execution of import/export activities, supports consulting engagements, develops compliance tools and SOPs, and contributes to client-facing trade updates. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. regulations while enabling smooth, compliant, and efficient international trade. Key responsibilities include supporting the National Permit Holder, serving as a resource for operations, assisting with audits, maintaining compliance manuals, standardizing best practices, and preparing compliance updates. Training and development aspects involve assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of compliance and customs brokerage training programs. The role also includes operational engagement, CTPAT and security responsibilities, and internal support functions, such as monitoring changes in regulations and collaborating with commercial teams. Auditing and reporting tasks involve assisting with internal audits, reviewing AES filings, and generating compliance metrics.
