Accountabilities:

  • Support the inbound product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, development support, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Conduct customer and merchant research, interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and basic SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
