Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Support the inbound product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, development support, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Conduct customer and merchant research, interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and basic SQL queries for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
