Web Developer - Growth

Hone is looking for a Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Software Development and you will be responsible for development across key customer touchpoints, including landing pages and checkout experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience and ensuring our applications are scalable, performant, and helping the business achieve its growth objectives through data-driven improvements. Key responsibilities include rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating on software solutions to drive business growth and optimize user experience. Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions with a strong focus on speed, experimentation, and learning from data. Design and implement modular, reusable front-end components that can be quickly adapted for testing and iteration. Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to launch and evaluate A/B tests, feature experiments, and optimizations. Continuously refine and improve website speed, performance, and usability based on user feedback and analytics.
