Growth Engineer

Build and scale the systems that drive user growth — from SEO and free tools to onboarding flows and conversion experiments. You’ll own acquisition engineering end-to-end. Work directly with André (co-founder) and our tech lead to spot growth opportunities and turn them into shipped features. You’ll have the autonomy to move fast, test ideas, and balance experimentation with solid engineering. Example projects: Scale our Gen AI–powered SEO initiatives — we’re catching the next wave of search behaviour early. Build modular, high-performance landing pages, free tools and pricing calculators. Automate content operations to help the team multiply reach and efficiency. Improve channel tracking and analytics to connect growth efforts directly to revenue.
