- Create customized nutrition plans based on their individual needs.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling around diabetes self-management, healthy eating, and behavior change.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with 3-5 years experience in counseling and behavior modification techniques.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) highly preferred.
- Experience working in a medical weight loss, leading support groups, and strong cognitive-behavioral therapy counseling techniques.
