Job Description
Define the vision and roadmap for Mercury’s Risk Data Platform and Decision Engine Build flexible, low-latency decisioning infrastructure that powers real-time risk controls across the customer lifecycle Partner with engineering, risk strategy, data science, and risk operations to design APIs, data platforms, rule engines, and model orchestration workflows Create unified data abstractions that make risk data usable across teams and products Enable continuous improvement by designing feedback loops that connect decisions to outcomes Collaborate with domain PMs (fraud, financial crimes, onboarding) to build reusable capabilities that reduce redundancy and amplify speed Establish a platform strategy that balances extensibility, resilience, observability, and performance Define and track platform health, adoption, and impact metrics
