Responsibilities:
- Supports change management and strategic communications efforts across all RISE implementation workstreams.
- Develops, coordinates, and delivers clear, consistent, and actionable communications.
- Ensures messaging aligns with executive priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience supporting strategic communications, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
