Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This role involves leading the Acquisition Squad, defining acquisition strategies, and presenting performance insights to senior leadership. The manager will develop and optimize acquisition strategies for Kueski Pay, including promotions and funnel optimizations. They will also manage customer incentives and design experiments to improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs. Responsibilities include improving the customer journey, overseeing marketing automation, and partnering with Product and Data teams to enhance website experiences. A key aspect is developing a quantified growth model and continuously optimizing campaigns based on data insights. Budget and resource management are critical, balancing growth targets with cost-efficiency.
