Conversational Designer

Shape the future of AI-powered patient experiences at Rula. As a Conversational Designer, this is a greenfield opportunity to define how conversational AI can transform the way patients access care. In this role, you will focus on building design frameworks, reviewing model outputs, honing prompts, and ensuring the ways inputs are defined get us the conversational outputs we need. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to design natural interactions that balance trust, accessibility, and efficiency. Shape a practice from the ground up and having a lasting impact on how patients engage with care.
