Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgement decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Lead the strategy and implementation of all direct mail programs; partner with the creative, merchandising and inventory teams to align assets with brand storytelling and product priorities. Develop segmentation strategies to target high-value audiences. Manage all agency partnerships, contracts and performance reviews and define KPIs, testing plans, and measurement methodologies for all mail and offline initiatives. Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and provide actionable insights to drive ROI. Partner with the engineering and analytics teams to continuously improve matchback, holdout testing, and incrementality measurement and manage and scale other offline channels including newspaper, OOH, etc.
