Job Description
As a hands-on Team Lead, you'll serve as a dual leader: a highly proficient developer and an emerging people manager. You will directly contribute to PartnerStack's codebase while guiding and growing your engineering team. Your focus will be on driving consistent, high-quality execution within sprints, ensuring everything we build is meticulously crafted with our customers in mind and meets our high standards for performance, quality, and security.
Working alongside your team, you'll generate immense value for customers worldwide, solidifying PartnerStack as their premier solution.
Actively participate in recruitment, develop team members, write and maintain code (Python/Vue), balance coding (50%) and leadership, drive delivery using Agile/Scrum, and foster collaboration with Product Management and Design. Provide coaching to team, contribute to technical design, champion a positive team culture. 3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead, with leadership aptitude. Deep expertise in web technologies, SaaS, cloud platforms, and B2B SaaS applications.Commitment to learning.
