New Closures Engineering Lead

Who we are:

• We are reimagining public transit with a network of carbon-neutral autonomous vehicles on dedicated pathways.
• We are building a vehicle platform engineering team to design and deliver our transit vehicle hardware.

What you'll own:

• You will own the technical roadmap and product delivery for Glydways door and closure systems.
• You will lead the design and integration of complex mechanisms, driving cross-functional alignment.
• You will coordinate with external partners and lead prototype builds and testing.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience developing automotive closures or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanism design, kinematics, actuators, and reliability.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
