Sr. Patient Growth Marketing Manager

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive enrollment across both enterprise member populations as well as consumer direct strategies. This role sits within the Growth team at Curai and you will be the fourth full-time member of a growing marketing team. You will own the strategy and execution of acquisition, enrollment, and conversion marketing programs and campaigns targeting both the members of our enterprise partners and the broader consumer audience. You will also conduct rigorous MVT and AB testing experiments to evaluate our messaging, offer, audience, and channel performance. This position's annual base salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, and they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success.
