Administrative Support: Assist PMs and the Program Manager with tasks, documentation, and communication. Organize and maintain program/project records and reports. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items. Facilitate collaboration by liaising with different departments. Provide general administrative support to ensure project workflows run smoothly.

Technical Skills and Growth: Build and maintain small internal tools/scripts. Familiarity with programming languages and willingness to learn. Contribute to a culture of relentless performance and a growth mindset.
