Centralized Scheduler

The Centralized Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling patients for therapy in an assigned region. Responsibilities include familiarity with rehab therapy treatment and medical terminology, knowledge of Industrial Services and product lines, and excellent communication skills. Must work efficiently in a team. Employee will be responsible for accurate procedure scheduling and effectively communicating visit details to patients and healthcare team members. This role also involves pre-registration, obtaining demographic and insurance information, and communicating scheduling concerns to the Center Manager of market leader. Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and one year of front desk experience. Preferred qualifications include excellent telephone skills and a strong computer and technological background.
