About the Role:
- HappyCo's Brand Design team is a small, specialist group working across campaigns, web, events, sales storytelling, and motion.
- The next Brand Designer is part craftsperson, part builder with a strong creative point of view.
- AI is part of how we work, and we'd love someone who's already found their own rhythm with it.
What You'll Do:
- Create brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, events, and motion, from concept to final output.
- Design for web and follow it through to production in a no-code environment or using Claude Code.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted brand workflows that connect brand intelligence to tools Marketing, Sales, and the wider org depend on.
