About the Role:
- We're looking for an AI-first Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to own ThoughtExchange's brand presence across every channel.
- Report to Director of Product Marketing, equally comfortable in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite and using AI tools.
- Ensure marketing is visible and useful across the business.
What You'll Do:
- Evolve brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards across all channels.
- Produce and manage a high-volume content calendar for social media, email, blog, and campaigns.
- Design marketing materials, partner with Sales and Product, and engage customers for stories.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8 years of marketing experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Claude Design.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools and strong content instinct.
