About the Role:

  • We're looking for an AI-first Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to own ThoughtExchange's brand presence across every channel.
  • Report to Director of Product Marketing, equally comfortable in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite and using AI tools.
  • Ensure marketing is visible and useful across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Evolve brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards across all channels.
  • Produce and manage a high-volume content calendar for social media, email, blog, and campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials, partner with Sales and Product, and engage customers for stories.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Claude Design.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and strong content instinct.
