Lead Finance Systems Administrator

Finance Systems Administration and Governance:

• Own the administration, optimization, and governance of the Finance systems portfolio including NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and FloQast.
• Develop and maintain system standards, documentation, and change management practices.
• Drive platform enhancements and process improvements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Finance and Accounting Enablement:

• Translate accounting and finance requirements into practical NetSuite solutions across close, revenue, billing, and procure-to-pay.
• Support monthly and quarterly close by improving workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with VP Controller to prioritize system work based on financial reporting risk and compliance impact.

Audit, SOX, and Compliance Support:

• Support external audit process by helping Accounting teams gather system evidence and reports.
• Partner with SOX owners to investigate and resolve audit findings and access concerns.
• Ensure finance application administration practices support audit readiness and control effectiveness.
