Job Description

As a Field Application Engineer, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, serving as a trusted technical expert on Axelera AI’s platform. You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with R&D to deliver timely solutions, collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism, and support Sales in expanding accounts, identifying new opportunities, and securing design wins. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups, communicating customer insights and feedback to Product Management to guide improvements, and conducting competitive analysis through customer and industry intelligence. Additionally, you will contribute to clear, high-quality product documentation and training materials, advocate for customer needs internally, and help enhance product performance and usability. You will also support trade shows by ensuring all technical demos run smoothly, addressing product-related questions, and assisting the sales team with in-depth technical discussions.
