Technical Product Manager

About the Role:

• Own the full product creation cycle for new ventures: discovery, definition, scoping, architecture, build, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Build AI-first using agentic coding tools as your primary development method, with engineering rigor to review, test, and debug what they produce.
• Make architecture decisions: data models, integrations, infrastructure, and the tradeoffs behind them.

What We Are Looking For:

• Engineering degree, ideally Computer Science, with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping user-facing products.
• 2+ years in a Product Management role owning discovery, prioritization, and delivery, with AI-native way of working.
• Startup experience with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage company, based in Latin America and proficient in English.
