As the Manager, Field Logistics Operations you will be the primary point of contact between Scout and the third-party processing provider(s) to support contract development and the onboarding of the third-party partner(s). You will develop and execute rollout plans to activate operations at each of the providersβ locations across the country.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with Scout Digital and Scout IT to ensure that Scout and vendor needs are clearly understood as the necessary systems are integrated and supporting tools developed. You will be expected to recruit, train, and manage a small field team of Scout representatives at each processing location. Empower field teams to serve as the eyes and ears of Scout at each site, ensuring adherence to Scoutβs processes, brand standards, and customer expectations.
