Remote CP Case Assistant VA

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC. is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote CP Case Assistant VA to join our growing CP team. This position will report directly to the Immigration Department Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration law, particularly with family-based immigration matters and consular processing (CP), and be capable of making informed decisions regarding case management. A client-service-focused mindset, along with exceptional case management skills, is essential. The position will primarily focus on I-130 petitions and consular processing cases. Responsibilities include analyzing case documents, preparing I-130 petitions, communicating with clients, overseeing case statuses, and maintaining digital and physical files. The candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically with I-130 petitions, family-based immigration, and consular processing (CP).
