Responsible for building the software required to meet the project objectives. Your mission is to transform business requirements into source code, following the existing architectural definitions and the defined processes to guarantee the consistency and transparency of the development progress for the client and management. Critical analysis is fundamental to guarantee quality, creating consistent code and acting in the investigation and solution of any technical issues that arise during development.

Participate in refinement meetings, translating business requirements into source code, developing and documenting efficient and functional solutions according to requirements. Follow the architectural definitions and good practices relevant in the development process. Guarantee the quality of the code produced, identifying and correcting defects and technical problems. Carry out the investigation, identification and solution of problems related to code, data or environments. Work collaboratively with the development team, participating in the rites/ceremonies of the framework used and contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the project. Update on the technologies and trends relevant to the project, always seeking to improve their technical skills. Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities. Collaborate in defining time and resource estimates required for development activities. Perform tests and validations of the solutions developed, ensuring the correct operation of the software. Document the developed code and the technical processes involved. Implement and optimize algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques to improve workflow, reduce delivery time and increase operational efficiency. Develop and maintain systems that promote continuous delivery and effective integration of new technologies, aligned with the /Flow strategy.
