The AVP, Group Account Director is responsible for client strategy, client marketing, campaign budgets, and up-selling new products and services to existing clients where applicable. They support business development/sales efforts by overseeing delivery of managed market services across various projects. This role includes managing, mentoring, training, and developing the Account Services department. Key responsibilities include client management, leading workstreams, liaising with clients for strategic direction, identifying challenges, participating in strategy development, and ensuring brand alignment. Project management involves coordinating program logistics, ensuring quality control, and meeting timelines. Leadership duties include managing account teams, coaching staff, and defining roles. Business development includes pursuing new clients and developing presentations. Financial responsibilities involve managing budgets, providing updates, and ensuring accurate project estimates.
