As (Senior) Product Manager in the Monetization Squad, you’ll own the strategies and experiments that directly impact our revenue streams, pricing models and conversion funnels. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, CRM and leadership to design data-driven solutions that maximize both user value and business impact. Responsibilities include optimizing conversion funnels, driving pricing strategy, and experimenting with monetization levers. Frame hypotheses, design rapid tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions—sometimes going from idea to live experiment in just weeks. Balance user value with business goals, ensuring monetization strategies are transparent, fair and aligned with our mission. Monitor and analyze key metrics (conversion rate, revenue per user, churn, funnel performance) to drive continuous improvement.
